How many dogs can you walk at any one time?
Never more than five dogs at any one time and only with temperamentally suited dogs.
How long are the walks?
All walks are for a minimum of one hour, not including pick up or drop off. Shorter walks can be arranged.
Where will my dog be walked?
All walks are in beautiful countryside, in green spaces through parks, forests, commons, woodland, fields, meadows and footpaths in safe locations and are varied for your dogs enjoyment.
Do I need to be at home when my dog is collected/dropped off?
No, we can hold a key for you to enable us to collect and drop your dog off without the need for you to be there.
My dog gets nervous, can he be walked on his own?
Yes, we can always walk your dog on his own.
Will my dog be walked by the same person each day and can I meet them?
Yes you will have the same walker each day and yes you will have an introductory meeting with your dog walker.
What happens in an emergency?
In an emergency we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If we are unable to contact you and veterinary attention is required we will take your dog to your nominated veterinary practice or the nearest vet, depending on circumstances.
Are the dog walkers insured?
Yes, Wet Nose Walkers are fully insured and DBS checked. With several years experience in working with animals.
Will I be charged if I cancel a walk at short notice?
You will only be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours before the walk is scheduled.
